Because we take our obligations under the privacy and data protection law very seriously, we want you to know that we save your data in a protected database. We do not sell your information to third parties. That’s a promise!
Details of the policy
The kind of personal information we collect and process depends on our relationship with you and the context in which we obtain and use it. The questions below articulate the Personal Information we will or may collect depending on different circumstances, what we do with it and how long we retain it.
Under which circumstances is your data collected?
1. In general, when you visit our website
To assess your activity on our website, and improve our campaigns and potential customer profiling, we use Google Analytics, a freemium web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. If you want more information about Google Analytics, please see: https://www.google.com/analytics/#?modal_active=none.
2. When you complete a contact form
In a WORTH contact form, we collect your name, email address and the name of the organisation you work for. This helps us to approach you, a potential customer.
We want to make our contact with you, personally
In order to contact you, we need your email address. Want to unsubscribe from our emails? Use the link at the bottom of the email we sent you, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Besides that, we want to know who we are talking to, we also want to tailor our message to your needs. When we know what organisation you work for, we have a clearer view of what you are looking for.
When you come to our office, we recognise your face. Online however, we recognise you by your IP address. In this way, we recognise you when you visit our website again from the same device.
How is my information collected? When you decide to fill out our contact form, your information is saved in our CRM, Salesforce. While you surf our website, cookies on our website track which pages you are visiting.
Why is it being collected? We collect your information so that we can contact you in the future about our services. However, we don’t want to spam you. We won’t keep your data forever.
Who will it be shared with? Not to worry, we don’t share your information with external parties. The only people access to your information are Worth’s Creative Services Team, Business Developers, and our CEOs.

But we all know that’s a bit naive in this day of age. So we might need to use data to investigate, prevent and/or counteract fraud. We have a ‘legitimate interest’ to view your data; however, we will always keep your privacy in mind.
How will it be used? We use your data to review your application and contact you about our decision. We may anonymise your data, and we use it for internal analyses and reports only (for instance if we want to know how long a job position was open).
Who will it be shared with? Not to worry, we don’t share your information with external parties. We share your data only within Worth, and only with Worth colleagues if this is necessary to hire you or for the application, or human resources processes in general. All of these service providers who obtain access to your data through Worth, use the data strictly for the service they provide. They are not permitted to use it for any other purposes.
We never sell your data to third parties. That’s a promise!
How long do we keep on to your data? We keep your data for a minimum of 4 weeks after closing the job application and a maximum of 1 year (only with your consent). Obviously, when you’re hired, we keep your data by applying the legal retention period(s).

Why is this information being collected? We have a ‘legitimate interest’ to view your data; however, we will always keep your privacy in mind. We want to trust everything and everyone. But we all know that’s a bit naive in this day of age. So we might need to use data to investigate, prevent and/or counteract fraud.
